Baja Cold operates a refrigerated storage and packing facility in Maneadero, in the heart of Ensenada's growing region — surrounded by the same fields your produce comes from.

Instead of shipping to one facility for cooling and another for packing, growers and exporters bring product to us once. We hold it at the right temperature and prepare it for shipment from the same building — cutting handling, time, and risk out of the chain.

We work with general fresh produce, and build our schedules and space around whatever your harvest calendar requires.
